TCI Village is the vision and advocacy of its founders Mr. Dionisio Tan Jr., Mr. Joel Chavez and Mr. Joey Ibañez, who all discovered their true purpose to advocate for recovery and help others alleviate their suffering from the bondage of addiction.

Inspired by their own successful recovery, they actualized the new found meaning in their lives and pooled their resources to build the TCI Village Inc in. They dreamt to provide the best care for SUD clients and their families. Deep in their hearts, they understand the hardship a recovering person experiences while going through a life of destruction. They bear witness to the distressful outcomes of their actions to their families and their lives.
